::DIGITIZING |
|
What is Embroidery Digitizing |
|
Embroidery digitizing is a process to convert artwork to stitches. The
embroidery machines can read the stitch file made by our program.
These machines will sew the hats, shirts, jackets, bags, etc. With
digitized files, the Quality of the embroidery will be the same on one
piece or on thousands of pieces |
Machine Formats |
|
We
can provide designs in most major machine formats, like Tajima,
Toyota, Melco, Barudan, Pfaff, Zsk, Happy, Delco, Brother, Babylock,
Janome, Elna, Kenmore, Huskvarna, Viking, Compucon, etc… |
Logo Digitizing
/ Embroidery Digitizing Process |
You may
e-mail, or mail a company logo or a design to our studio. |
|
Once we have received the artwork along with any details that are
pertinent to the design, we will provide you with a FREE stitch quote. |
|
Once
we have discussed the quote with you, we will wait to hear from you as
to whether the design is a GO! Or. if it's on hold.
|
|
When you
tell us the design is a GO!, we will begin the digitizing process. At
Digit Place, we do our very best to give you the completed design
within 24Hours. A completed design is defined as
-
A sew out sample of the digitized design,
-
Make any adjustment necessary; Send you a
"digitized design printout" for approval;
-
Email you the initial design in your
selected machine file.
-
Make adjustments on the design, if
necessary.
-
Email final digitize file.
