Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order or request for an estimate?
Please fill up the order form in our website and upload the picture there. Please indicate if this is an ORDER or a request for an ESTIMATE. You can also send order or logo request direct to mylogo@digitplace.com with design size and attachment in JPG format. Please answer correctly required information so we can get in touch with you anytime in case we have some questions. Please also specify the fabric or material to which the logo will be sewed on.
As soon as we receive your order or email request, we will send you a confirmation which should take within 30 minutes to an hour. If you do not immediately get a confirmation, please check SPAM or JUNK folder as it may go there. If still no email from us, then please give us a call at 1.866.969.4763.
How much do you charge per design?
We charge a promotional rate of $2.50 per 1,000 stitches, with no minimum charges. We can do revise it twice, free of charge. After the promo, we have 3 service packages you can choose from.
What is your turn-around time?
We normally deliver after 8 hours. However, we do deliver in 3 hours for rush orders for a flat rate of $10. You will have to specify that the order is a rush order in the Order Form for a timely delivery.
How do I get my logo?
We will send back the completed digitized file in TAJIMA (.dst) format (if you need other format please inform us), as well as the scan of the sew out, which will be scanned with high SPI (samples per inch) for a good quality image, and it will be sent to the email address you have in our database. That is why it is important that you give us your correct email address and other contact information.
Do you offer discounted rates and bulk prices?
We offer 4 digitizing service packages: 1. $2.50 Per 1000 stitch 2. $1.99 per thousand stitches (20 logos per month minimum) 3. $1.50 per thousand stitches (40 logos per month minimum) 4. Hire a digitizer for a month. Contact us for details DigitPlace realized that different customers have different digitizing needs. So, having these options will allow you choose what best suit your needs. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these options.
Do you charge for additional fee for revisions?
We can do 2 revisions or edits for free. But please take note that adding anything (lettering, background etc.) on your original design is not considered editing and we will have to charge for the additional stitches.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments thru major credit cards MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments thru PayPal; we will send you a PayPal payment request so you can send us your payment. This will be an online payment method, by secure payment gateways.
What if I consider a work of your digitizing?
We stand behind our work and do our utmost effort to make our work of the best quality. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know what you find unsatisfactory and we will edit all designs, at no extra charge. All revisions are completed and will be sent to you after 8 hours. Again, we do 2 revisions for free. If in case we fail to complete your design on the specified time or as we have promised you, then there will be no charge for the digitizing.
How do you ensure quality?
Our highly-skilled digitizers have been trained not only in the technical knowledge but also with the fabric and textiles which help them determine which combination works better and are able to suggest them to you to ensure the best quality and workmanship. Also, although rare with digitizers, all our designs are sewn out prior to sending them to our clients to ensure highest quality work. A digitized sample or a scan is sent to customers to ensure highest quality work.
How secure is our company logo with you?
All custom logos sent to us will have its own name and logo number which will also be provided to you. All you have to do is email us if you need a copy but we will be asking for your complete information in order that we can verify it with original information we have in our database.
