Your design is checked twice to your specifications, both before we start the digitization process and after we finish. After the final check, your design is sewn out to ensure a perfect sew before we send it to you.

Technical Details

Your design order will be checked and compared with the order form. If the instructions are not correct or if they are inadequate, you will be asked for more instructions. This will help to ensure a good quality product and to set in accordance with our policy of sending design right the first time.

We stand behind our work. We do most of the small designs within 24 hours with No Extra Charge. Larger designs will take more time. We always deliver on time. If any adjustment is needed, we do it free of charge for the original artwork, and for a fee, if you want to make any changes to the design.
